Can users upgrade or downgrade their plan?

Yes. Users can upgrade their subscription plan. Upgrade behavior takes effect according to the platform’s billing logic and may impact available credits and storage immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on implementation. Downgrades are supported conceptually, but certain downgrade behaviors (such as storage or credit reconciliation) are still being evaluated and may have restrictions.

How are credits prioritized when a user has both subscription credits and add-on or access-code credits?

Credits obtained via access codes are combined with credits purchased through a subscription into a single available balance. There is currently no visible distinction or prioritization exposed to the user.

Are unused monthly credits rolled over, forfeited, or partially carried forward?

When a user subscribes to a plan, any previously held credits are added to the new balance rather than being forfeited. Credits are not lost when moving into a paid subscription.

How do credits work?

Credits are the currency that powers Kreator. They are used when running AI tools and features across the platform, such as generating images, video, audio, and other creative outputs. Each AI tool uses a different number of credits depending on the type of generation and the computational cost involved. Users can see credit cost prior to clicking ‘Generate’ while using the platform. Credits can be used freely across the platform, allowing you to choose how to allocate them between different tools and features. As Kreator continues to improve and expand, credit costs may be updated from time to time.

Where should users go if they have questions about plans or billing?

For questions about subscriptions, billing, invoices, or plan details, users can access information through Stripe.  Some billing actions, such as invoice generation and history, are accessible through Stripe. Additional assistance can be offered by customer support.

Is billing history or invoice download available?

Yes,  payments are processed through Stripe. Invoices and billing history are all accessible through Stripe.
