1. Introduction
Welcome to the Kreator Affiliate Program.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Kreator Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
Kreator reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
2. Definitions
For purposes of this Agreement:
Kreator, Kreator.ai, Company, we, our, or us refers to Kreator, Inc.
Affiliate means any approved individual or business participating in the Kreator Affiliate Program.
Customer means a paying user who purchases a Kreator subscription.
Affiliate Link means the unique referral link assigned to an Affiliate.
Qualified Referral means a new customer who purchases a paid subscription through an Affiliate's referral link and satisfies all fraud and eligibility checks.
Commission means compensation earned by an Affiliate from Qualified Referrals.
Affiliate Dashboard means the online portal used to monitor referrals, commissions, and payouts.
3. Eligibility & Participation
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate registration information.
Have a valid payment method.
Comply with these Terms.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Kreator reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any Affiliate at its sole discretion.
Each individual or business may maintain only one Affiliate account unless otherwise approved in writing.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to promote Kreator honestly, ethically, and professionally.
Affiliates may:
Share their referral link.
Create tutorials, reviews, comparisons, and educational content.
Promote Kreator through websites, blogs, newsletters, YouTube, podcasts, and social media.
Affiliates agree to:
Keep information accurate and up to date.
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law.
Follow FTC endorsement guidelines and other applicable advertising regulations.
Represent Kreator professionally.
Affiliates may not imply they are employees, representatives, or agents of Kreator.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Trademark Abuse
Affiliates may not:
Register domains containing "Kreator" or confusingly similar names.
Bid on "Kreator" branded keywords in Google Ads or other paid advertising without written permission.
Pretend to represent Kreator.
Spam
Affiliates may not:
Send unsolicited commercial emails.
Use spam comments.
Use automated messaging in violation of applicable laws.
Fraudulent Activity
Affiliates may not:
Generate fake leads.
Use bots or automated traffic.
Cookie stuffing.
Click fraud.
Artificial purchases.
Incentivized purchases without approval.
Self Referrals
Affiliates may not earn commissions on:
Their own purchases.
Purchases by immediate family members.
Purchases made on behalf of their employer or business.
Misleading Promotions
Affiliates may not:
Make false claims about Kreator.
Guarantee specific results.
Misrepresent pricing or features.
Use fake testimonials.
Restricted Content
Affiliates may not promote Kreator through content involving:
Illegal activities
Hate speech
Violence
Adult content
Gambling
Malware
Piracy
Copyright infringement
Kreator reserves the right to determine whether content is inappropriate.
6. Commission Structure
Standard affiliates earn:
25% lifetime recurring commission on eligible subscription revenue generated from Qualified Referrals.
Recurring commissions continue while:
the customer maintains an active paid subscription,
the Affiliate remains in good standing,
and the Affiliate Program remains active.
Special commission arrangements, enterprise partnerships, sponsorships, creator campaigns, or fixed fee agreements are governed by separate written agreements and are not covered by these Terms.
7. Attribution
Affiliate referrals are tracked using cookies and other attribution technologies.
A referral will be credited according to Kreator's attribution system at the time of purchase.
Attempts to manipulate attribution may result in immediate termination.
8. Payments
Commissions become eligible after:
payment has been successfully received, and
any applicable refund or chargeback period has expired.
Payments are processed monthly.
Minimum payout threshold:
$150 USD
Payments are made through the payment method available in the Affiliate Dashboard.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with local tax laws.
9. Refunds & Chargebacks
No commission is earned on:
refunded purchases,
fraudulent purchases,
disputed transactions,
chargebacks,
cancelled subscriptions before the commission becomes eligible.
If commission has already been paid for a refunded transaction, Kreator may deduct it from future payouts.
10. Intellectual Property
Kreator grants Affiliates a limited, non exclusive, revocable license to use approved logos, brand assets, and marketing materials solely for promoting Kreator.
Affiliates may not modify trademarks or imply ownership.
All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Kreator.
11. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through participation in the Affiliate Program, including:
unpublished features,
internal pricing,
roadmap information,
partner communications,
business strategies.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time.
Kreator may suspend or terminate an Affiliate immediately for:
fraud,
abuse,
violation of these Terms,
misleading promotion,
inactivity,
behavior damaging to the Kreator brand.
Upon termination:
unpaid commissions below the payout threshold are forfeited,
pending commissions from fraudulent activity are void,
the Affiliate must stop using Kreator branding.
13. Modification of the Program
Kreator may modify:
commission rates,
payout thresholds,
promotional policies,
program benefits,
these Terms,
at any time.
Reasonable notice will be provided for material changes whenever practical.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Affiliate Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Kreator makes no guarantees regarding:
uptime,
tracking accuracy,
uninterrupted service,
future commission earnings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kreator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
15. Independent Relationship
Nothing in this Agreement creates:
employment,
partnership,
joint venture,
agency,
franchise,
or fiduciary relationship
between Kreator and the Affiliate.
Affiliates act solely as independent contractors.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Delaware.
